Friendly Efficient Easy

Great Company

I have been with One Call Insurance for several years now and never had a problem, i had to change my car this year and moved the insurance over to the new car within 10 minutes the girl i cant remember her name was brilliant anyway great company to use. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Rude money grabbers

If you want a company who are just in it to take your money and enjoy the feeling that the faceless online chat person is there to treat you with derision this is the company for you - putative and not willing to listen - they didn’t see why they should apologise for sending a threatening letter accusing me of being deliberately dishonest about my no claims discount which gave me 2 weeks to pay an excessive admin fee and charge - tough if I would have been on holiday for 2 weeks as some of us do take a 2 week holiday because the charge was going to be taken from the account I’d paid my insurance from and was non refundable!!! The customer according to the on line chat worker is not worthy of apology for their accusation or error as it was the “data base” that contained the wrong information. Was not their fault and most customers are dishonest - so I really hope I don’t have a claim this year given the type of company they are - even if they offered me insurance for a tenner next year I wouldn’t reinsure with them - don’t go near them with a barge pole Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Helpful, simple, honest

A rare use of the word honest in an insurance review but in this case true. I’ve been with One Call for nearly two years and changed vehicle on renewal. Most things can be done online but in this case it needed the intervention of one of their really helpful operatives. Renewal was competitive which negated the need to shop around again. Heartily recommend and will hopefully stay at renewal time. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
