Excellent when trying to get hold of them this year. They definitely have sorted out their phone lines. Very polite when speaking over the phone, helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

Good Service Good Price

After being with One Call for two years and no claims. I was then offered a Platinum Insurance for a fixed price for 3 years (with discounts on any admin) which I was very happy about. Each year I get a phone call to check I’m happy with the cover. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021
