Money grabbing Cowboys

Had learner insurance, passed my test and got quoted extortionate money to change from learner to new driver policy. Asked to cancel, paid the £56 cancellation fee, all sorted! No it wasn’t, I then received another email telling me that I owed a further £25 to cancel as there had been a recalculation. Bullied into paying it as they took the amount off my card anyway. Tried talking through chat but they are not interested at all. Never ever will I deal with these clowns again and advise others to read the numerous amounts of complaints and negative reviews there are before purchasing insurance from these muppets!!! Amazing premiums

I have both car and home insurance with maximum benefit cover at a reasonable premiums, theres excellent chat lines if I need in touch with them as I am deaf that I cannot use calls. Very happy with One Call insurance! Thumbs up!! Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
