Great Work!

When I had a letter from the police telling me that my car was uninsured, when I knew very well that it was, I contacted customer service via the website, & the agent was extremely helpful, checked with the insurer, who entered it manually on the motor insurance database, & emailed a copy of our web chat for the police.
