Personal Touch Insurer

Not a good company when comes to pay in out

Had problems with roof leaking in covid.could not get through tried several times a day for weeks.Tries live chat was passed to another company who passed me back this just went on and on till eventually I had no choice but to pay for it myself.There also have been other issues where they won't pay .quick enough to take your money though .When I asked to speak with someone else the chat would stop or they would say use this link which would lead them to pass me back Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
