Was not the best experience and could make improvements

It took 4 months to organise my house being sorted after a flood. Head of claims for household was not very helpful and said they had no one available when they did to help. They also wouldn’t pay out the full amount required to fix property so I been left over £7000 short to repair house myself. Found them very rude and not caring. They wouldn’t believe the extent of Damage and sent out a loss adjuster who was appalled with them. Plus note they pay quick then they agree amount. They did compensate £500 for my complaint. Again still not enough to finish the work needed.... Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
