Easy online service, but renewal prices could be better

I’ve always arranged my insurance through the online portal, which is easy to use, and all my documents and communication have been handled there. I haven’t had to make a claim yet, so I can’t comment on that side of the service. My only criticism is that my renewal quote seems to go up every year, even though I haven’t made any claims. Each year I’ve been able to find a cheaper price elsewhere or by contacting them, so I feel the initial renewal price could be more competitive.
