I have both house and car insurance with One Call and have excellent customer service and value for money. I am not very good with technology and like that I can speak to a person and have paper copies. Reviewed on: 24th September 2026

If I need to contact one call they are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The thing is the app is that good you don’t have to call them it’s all there for me to sort and change or renewal. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026

Very customer focused

Very easy to apply for insurance. I had to utilise the breakdown last year and the recovery company were with me within 45 mins - excellent service.
