Confident of good service

Don't do it it .

Don't bother calling unless u can use a portal ??? By using a portal you can change info and shouldn't have to pay by doing it yourself like most companies. If you end up talking to one of their robots uou get charged . . I went through aviva an didn't realise onecall was the broker . Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Totally satisfied

Been with one call insurance through the ownership of my second lady aka my blackbird I am more than satisfied with all aspects of the service my policy and costs so thankyou to all the staff at one call and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to the biker community now or in the future infact I already have. Motorbike sorted

Motorbike insured quickly and effortlessly for a fair price. All that was needed was One Call! Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

Recovery

I paid for recovery with my insurance and when I phone to be recovered from the side of the A1 motorway they had the audacity to tell me my motorcycle wasn’t M.O.T d. so they wouldn’t send recovery. I had to have a three way conversation with them, my wife and myself to try and prove I had a valid M.O.T. and in the end my wife had to send an E.Mail with a copy of my M.OT. certificate. It took them 5 hrs before I got recovered as I could prove it had a valid M.O.T. Absolutely ridiculous and outright dangerous. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023
