Why bother!

After waiting weeks for an negotiation inspect a shattered internal double glazed patio door window contains internal blinds, and then being asked to arrange delivery of the damaged unit to manufacturers for repair, I found it more beneficial to get a local glazier to repair it at less than the cost of my excess!
