I have been with One call insurance for a few years now. I first chose to take out their insurance as it was the cheapest quote which offered everything I needed. Every year since I have renewed as their prices still remain competitive in the market , when other companies I have been with in the past have always increased their prices on renewal. Luckily I’ve not needed to make a claim but after speaking with their staff on a couple of occasions with questions about my policy I have no doubt they would be quick to resolve any problems .
