Family Homes in Scotland and Yorkshire Insured with One Call

Having been most happy to have our family home insured our family home in Perth and Kinross with One Call we recommended this company to our close family in Yorkshire. We can both confirm that we have found the cost of insuring buildings and contents most reasonable and fair and we very happy to continue to renew our policies in the future. We have both found excellent customer service which included helpful advice, clarity in follow-up responses. In addition to a positive outcome following an associated claim, all necessary communication was excellent and that on-line access and chat was found to be easy and where the agents proved to be mostvunderstanding and helpful.
