Kindness & Empathy

I have had the misfortune of having to make a claim because my bungalow was flooded with rainwater. Everyone at One Call was so efficient but with so much kindness and empathy. So much of our furniture and possessions were destroyed. We had an assessor with us within a couple of hours and a hotel booked for the night including our dog within minutes. Polite efficiency

Having investigated comparison sites, I contacted One Call to make some changes. I was extremely pleased to find that One Call offered me the lowest quote, obviously I renewed my car insurance with them. We now have one car and home insurance with them and will probably add a second car insurance in 2023. Very pleasant people to discuss your requirements and achieve value for money.
