Poor customer service

Poor customer service, didn’t provide details to my Insurer about previous claims details, impossible to speak to a real person.. won’t be using them again. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Easy and good value

I’ve not had to claim on my insurance but when I’ve had to contact customer service they’ve always been helpful! Was the most reasonable priced for the level of cover too. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Not brilliant

I have paid my premiums for 2 years, I recently put a claim in to be insulted and my claim declined. Apparently I have a cheap bath! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
