Wow - Why can't more insurance companies be like One Call?

Taking out an insurance policy can be a pain at the best of times, but One Call have made the process so simple! They've provided great customer service which these days, in the midst of COVID pressures on staffing, working pattern changes and hybrid working challenges is no mean feat!
