Competitive and impressive

For me the most impressive thing about One Call is that having been very competitive with price, when it came to renewing my policy the next year it was no more expensive than the previous year, and still very competitive. First time I have felt valued as a client and rewarded for loyalty. The industry norm is to punish you for loyalty by raising prices at renewal, but this is not the case with One Call.
