Great value across multiple products.

I have remained loyal to One Call as they have proved to be competitive and excellent value for money each year for the insurance products my family need. No unnecessary price increases and renewals better or equal to comparison site quotes. £40 discount on additional purchases also very good and welcome! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Customer service

I have been with Onecall for several years and every year I think of finding a better cheaper product. But I have stayed due to good service and competitive pricing of their cover. I am a Platinum member and have received great benefits. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Not happy

Very bad service when I needed to make a clain. After I refused an expensive renewal my policy disappeared from the policy portal although it was still valid. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
