Always had good service

Excellent customer service

I haven’t needed to contact customer service much but when I have they have been brilliant. Questions answered quickly and everything explained clearly. It’s good to know there is someone to talk to if you need to and not hanging on the phone for ages. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021

Nice cheap insurance but buggy website

Their insurance is reasonable but their website is quite poor and you have to use live chat to get stuff resolved. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021

Missed DD

After sales support poor

I'd not recommend buying insurance from this company as they're support is slow and they'll take you for anything they can, I'd save your money and go else where. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021
