Helpful Staff

From my first phone call requesting a quote for my motor car I really appreciated the polite and helpful way it was handled as being an elderly driver (83yrs) this counts and gives a confident and reassuring fact that all will be covered Thank you. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

One Call are the cheapest providers around.

One Call provided me with the cheapest car insurance by nearly 40% of all other providers, not only are they the cheapest they are by far the best in customer service, I will never go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

terrible customer service in my instance

charged me an additional £49.00 for a problem with a claim and they didn't even discuss it with me until after it had been charged. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Very good

Very good except for no refund automatically like other insurers when I did not use my car for nearly 12 weeks during lockdown. Other friends got refunds yet I didn't. Would have been nice to have been offered a refund x Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

One call review so far
