Price Match

I have had motorcycle insurance with One Call Insurance for a few years now. My renewal quote was higher than a price comparison provider. I contacted One Call and they were able to price match and so I have stayed with them for another year! The operator that I was in contact with was efficient and polite. All of the documentation was also updated online as soon as I checked. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

My fault

It's totally my fault, but as I have been on holiday and my car insurance is due at the same time and trying to sort that out I missed this. I'm sure its a competitive price but a bit surprised that you took the money early. will be more on the ball next year. Reviewed on: 20th July 2025

One call does not care

Called them about a product that I had taken out with the policy and was left stranded at the road side. They had no concerns about doing this, the customer service was not bothered and did not care. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
