An approachable company

Whether i have needed a loan or wanted to make an enquiry about saving or making a withdrawal, the service is always second to none. I always feel like a valued member of credit union. the service offered does not differentiate between a person with a lot of money to a person with little. this is a service for the people. Partners Cred Union are the Best

I've been saving for years with credit union and this has really helped me when my children where younger especially at Christmas time and holiday times, I thank credit union for the support when I bought my home as i received a larger loan for a new Kitchen, loans are so easy to apply for and the staff are so supportive and friendly. Knowledgeable friendly staff, lovely pleasant company to deal with.

Becoming a member of partners credit union has probably been one of the best decisions I’ve made. They have helped me manage my finances saving for Christmas when my children where younger, have holidays, pay for emergency repairs I may have otherwise struggled to save for. The staff are knowledgeable and have always been easy to talk to and help me understand the services they offer. Their website has most of the information I need when looking into services or applying but it’s nice that there is always a friendly voice/face the other end of the phone or in the office if there’s anything I’m unsure of or need updates. They always make me feel welcome like they’ve known me for years and give open and trustworthy advice (which is rare these days as most of the time you call a number it’s call centre based and very formal yes or no questions with scripted answers). I have recommended partners credit union to many of my friends and work colleagues who now feel the same as me it’s honestly a lovely company to deal with. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022
