Brilliant credit union

Easy way to save

Thank you credit union for helping me to save , it’s been so easy to have money taken strait from my wages and I’ve been doing it for years now . I’ve also had loans which have got me out of some right sticky situations, and I know if it wasn’t for the credit union I would never have got into the habit of putting money away every month it’s the best thing I’ve ever done as a one parent family (now a grandmother) you really are life savers , thankyou . Friendly, helpful, easy

Always quick to deal with queries and, even during the pandemic, when things were difficult, they still came to the fore.

I deal with the Credit Union through my firm's payroll. They have always been prompt dealing with any queries that I may have and are clear and concise when explaining about certain services and putting it in simple terms. Would certainly recommend to others. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Great customer service

I have saved with the credit union for many years. Unlike many companies these days you are always able to speak to an actual person rather than an automated service with long queues. I have also always found staff helpful and professional. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

The best saving account for ordinary people

I have only been in the credit union for a couple of years. Once you have set up your direct payments every month that’s it . It’s so easy to see online all your payments and withdrawals. Everything can be done online or you can go to the shop and make withdrawals over the counter in cash or straight to your bank account. It’s brilliant. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

A spender saved.

After joining Partners I would save a little and then use this for things I wanted. I would also take out a loan when I needed to. Whenever I needed to speak with someone at Partners I felt they would always give me excellent advice covering all the options available. I have now become someone who has a great saving record which I use sensibly for the things I need to purchase.
