Excellent for saving

Partners provide an excellent service and make saving so easy. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Friendly and helpful Staff

My partner used it regularly for saving towards our household bills or rainy day funds before he passed away. He introduced me and I now do the same fortunately we never had to borrow but new it was there if we needed to. Friendly helpful and sympathetic after my partner passed away and was given a bereavement payment. I was also fortunate enough to win the £500 lottery not long after joining. Excellent and Approachable Service

I have always been very happy in my dealings with the Staff. Pre pandemic, when visiting and asking for information the services they supply i hav always found the staff to be quite accomodating and friendly. It is an excellent service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2021

Great Way To Save

Partners is a fantastic way to save, There's no high interest charges. The staff at the branch are very helpful and happy to answer questions. It's a great way to save up for holidays or Christmas. Unlike the Bank, there's no quick access to the money. This removes the temptation to squander it. I've used Partners service for about 6 years and it's made saving for Christmas so easy and takes a lot of the stress out of the season. Here's to Partners for taking the stress out of Christmas. Excellent customer service

Saving with Partners Credit Union is so simple, I’ve arranged my savings to be deducted from my salary each month so I don’t even notice it, and I have immediate access 24/7 to withdrawal whenever necessary. The customer service is excellent, there’s always a friendly face in branch in Liverpool, where nothing is too much trouble.
