Good service and easy access to your accounts on-line

Found the service provided always good and efficient with easy access on-line as well. In addition, the free life insurance provided for savers is a bonus. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Always helpful, friendly, willing to assist and offer support

I have been with partners credit union for many years now, and I vote for them based on my experience of saving with them, and that of my friends. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, and although I have not had any issues during Lockdown, I know they have been tremendously supportive of people facing financial difficulties. I have been with partners credit union for several years and found them to be very helpful and professional. I have managed to save and also know that if anything unpredictable happens that I cant afford I can also rely on them to consider a loan that I can afford to.pay. Helpful, polite staff
