Excellent service

I have two monthly savings accounts with Partners Credit Union. The service is always excellent, I can access and withdraw money easily, advice is always readily available and I am confident in the security measures taken. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Partners credit union, are a honest, friendly and easy way to save for the future, all my savings are taken out of my wages, so there is no need to worry about making payments, they are automatically deposited, taking away all the hassle. It’s simple and easy to withdraw or deposit funds, and applying for a lone is easy through the website and decide very quickly. Overall partners credit union are an excellent service. The customer is at the heart and focus of the products offered

I have struggled with my finances over the years and found very little help or support from the big banks. Partners credit union was recommended to me by a friend. Right from the start I was offered the support I needed. It was clear to me there was light at the end of the tunnel. I no longer need the financial support I once did, but choose to remain a customer. I hope mysavings help others like me to stabilise their financial position. Additionally, it is so easy to navigate their online services, even for me, who doesn’t like online banking. If I do ring on the odd occasion I find the service has always been excellent and the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I never feel like an inconvenience.
