The customer is at the heart and focus of the products offered

I have struggled with my finances over the years and found very little help or support from the big banks. Partners credit union was recommended to me by a friend. Right from the start I was offered the support I needed. It was clear to me there was light at the end of the tunnel. I no longer need the financial support I once did, but choose to remain a customer. I hope mysavings help others like me to stabilise their financial position. Additionally, it is so easy to navigate their online services, even for me, who doesn’t like online banking. If I do ring on the odd occasion I find the service has always been excellent and the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. I never feel like an inconvenience. Helpful supportive organisation

I have been a member of partners credit union for over 25 years. Over the years they have literally kept me afloat with loans, and enabled me to save at the same time. They understand the issues that their members face, and always act promptly with supportive advice. Excellent company providing excellent service with excellent staff

Partners Credit Union has been the perfect way for me to put money to one side. It especially help's me prepare for Christmas, birthdays and anything else that may pop up throughout the year.
