Just like a lot of people I was unaware of services such as this. Life doesn’t go according to plan sometimes and things can spiral. But PayPlanPlus has enabled me to gain back control of my finances. The process was quick and easy plus the staff are always patient, kind and understanding. I would highly recommend. Recommended by civil service charity pay pal helped me when I was at my lowest ever since my husband died. They gave me personal service talking me through all my options and helping me at every stage. Their staff were patient and sedative. I was in alot of debt from out of control credit cards and facing 2 ccjs. It was a friend who recommended Payplan. They understood the debt but also how I was feeling which was embarrassment and worry. We worked a repayment plan out together that worked for me and my creditors. Now it's a single payment I have to worry about and PayPlan do the rest. I wished I had contacted them 2 years prior instead of burning my head in the sand, as the relief I felt once sorted out was huge. The worry has stopped and I feel financially in control again. Managing my debt is so much easier with PayPlan. All details are stored online and easily accessed whenever I want. I can see how much I’ve paid, creditor balances and lots more. I would strongly recommend PayPlan to anyone struggling with debt. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022

Always available, reassuring and patient always had a solution

I ended up I. A mess helping my family over a long time a daughter who is a single parent with 2 children. and sister who is low paid. I built up debts and was borrowing more to pay credits cards back. The interest meant it was hardly going down despite paying g every month. My Union directed me to Payplan who saved me . I have a plan over 4 years which is hard. But manageable and I haven’t the anxiety of escalating debt. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022
