Helped us out of a mess .

We contacted Payplan over a decade ago , with a long illness devastating our income we were in a proper pickle constantly borrowing from Peter to pay Paul , when it became evident that the house was at risk we took the decision to do something, Payan stepped up , as an intermediary they dealt with all our creditors , agreed payment terms and the rest is history , still in our plan and the worries are taken care of Reviewed on: 12th June 2022

Felt at ease..

I have found Payplan to be really helpful and understanding. They have not been pushy in anyway and make you feel at ease with their calm and fair nature. Relief

Given our circumstances Payplan immediately offered us emotional support, advice and reassurance which gave us an initial sense of relief and then to our horror we both were diagnosed with cancer a year apart leaving us worried about how we would manage our payments but payplan were great and were able to negotiate a payment break with our creditors which took the worry off.
