Brought my Life Back

Many years ago my husband ran his own company in the building trade. Unfortunately, we had to compete with many people who didn't pay tax, insurance or VAT. In the fullness of time we could not compete in this market and got into debt. Our first debt management company charged us enormous fees which meant that we were always behind with bringing the actual debts down. We were then introduced to PayPlan - oh what relief - no fees, very sound advice and a sensible repayment system and plan introduced into our lives. Not only could we answer the telephone and open letters again we could sleep at night and think about the time that these debts would be paid in full. The people who work for PayPlan are sympathetic, caring and furthermore non-judgemental with carefully thought out solutions for your individual situations - in fact a most amazing experience after the first frightening debt management company we had been with. I’m approaching the end of my payment plan over 5 years with just 8 months left and I can say it’s completely changed my life for the better. After a separation and job change of circumstances I had £17,000 of debt but pay plan did everything and arranged the consolidation monthly payments. Reviewed on: 10th June 2022

No more sleepless nights

I have been in a DMP with payplan for several years that is tailored to my income I am so grateful that I no longer have creiditors ringing me or writing to me with added interest on my outstanding debts. This has been very important as I have had to look after my elderly father for most of this time so could not afford any extra worry that would've brought. So thank you for setting me on the right path. If I cannot afford it I certainly wont buy anything that is the road I am now on and feel free. The added benefit of being able to now sleep at night and not be anxious is immense. So thank you Payplan. Reviewed on: 10th June 2022
