After my household debts became unmanageable causing me stress, worry and anxiety that affected not only myself but my family and everyone around me, PayPlan truly was a lifesaver. They offered a non-judgemental process where all my incomings and outgoings were measured fairly and an affordable monthly payment was calculated. They then negotiated revised repayment plans with all my creditors on my behalf and set everything in motion. Very quickly I got my life back, was able to be present with my family again and find a way to enjoy life once more. The was well delivered in a simple understanding language, respecting customer option and advised accordingly, you are explained how the pay plan works. It appeared honest relievable, committed, passionate and proud happy of the services they render to customers. I contacted Payplan because i was overwhelmed by my financial situation. I was depressed and decided not to even confront my debts or open my mail. However staff at payplan have been supportive. They supported me and talked to me about my options. This enabled me to make the right decision with positive outcome. I am now paying towards my debts. They saved my life. In this era of immense challenges of all sorts, the staff at PayPlan proved to be a good break at the right time. They helped me to remember to breath again as these situations could be overpowering in themselves . They truly understand what the customer is going through and their experience soon becomes very evident in the way they relate to the customer and their grasp of the situation. They take the time to listen (they truly listen) to and go through the options available and applicable to your circumstances.
