Life Giving

Before I contacted PayPlan I was struggling financially, physically and mentally through stress. After a few calls and emails and a bit of a wait a plan was in place and the massive weight over my shoulders wasn’t. I was able to repay all my creditors in an affordable way which essentially gave my life back.i am not sure where I would be today if it wasn’t for these guys. If you find yourself in any trouble for any particular reason they are always on hand to help you through it in the best way possible. Cannot stress enough how awesome and important PayPlan and their team have been to me over the last 2 years. Could not recommend highly enough Reviewed on: 9th June 2022

Takes the stress out of managing creditors

I've been with PayPlan for quite a few years now and have seen it's service and processes improve over that time. It provides the feeling of having consolidated all debt into a manageable monthly payment even though that's not how it works. The annual finance review sets the single 'affordable' monthly payment from the customer then PayPlan lets the creditors know what they're each going to get and the PayPlan team divide the monthly payment up and forward it to each of the creditors each month, as they're received. The only minor downside I've noticed is that you need to have the ability to pay a minimum of £50 each month or PayPlan won't provide their services and you're back to dealing with the creditors yourself again. Great debt management company

I initially went to a different company for advice on my spiralling debt and the only option they give me was bankruptcy. After giving all my details, PayPlan managed to get me onto a debt management plan which was just what i wanted. Would recommend them Reviewed on: 9th June 2022

Great customer service

Very friendly, yet professional customer service. Advised perfectly when I wasn't sure on the initial stage questions. My IVA fell through but my advisor was very quick and great at finding an alternative solution that still allows me to pay off my debts, with a reduced monthly payment.
