Great if you get a good case worker

I had a really bad experience at first, but once my case worker changed I haven't had any issues. Everything is fine now and only a year off being debt free! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Payplan has given me my life back after living with debt

Payplan was recommended to me by a work colleague. Prior to this, I was paying minimal monthly fees on credit cards, then using the cards again to pay for essentials such as food/petrol. I could not get out of the spiralling debt. Since I have used Payplan, I can see my debts reducing, the staff are assuring, good communication, I can budget much better and I know that I will never rely on credit again. Before I started using payplan, I was in a dark place. Debts had taken over my life. My initial call the advisor put my mind at rest and went through everything at a slow pace without being patronising and without judgement. Without Payplan I don’t know where I would be now. I can finally see a clear plan, step by step into the future of becoming debt free. I was fully informed about all my debtors and any staff I have spoken to with questions have been more than helpful. Thank you so much for turning my life around. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
