We were given our lives back

Amazing service

Playplan is the way out.

After a series of bad luck in the 90s, having a major Stroke, navigating the benefit system, in and out of work, while recovering, I could either eat or pay fuel to get to work. My doctor made the decision to medically retire me, but was in terrible debt. Payplan took over, and even though it's taken a few years, i am proud to say i will have paid every penny back, without the support of Payplan I dont know what I would of done. Another plus is they are there if you need advice, but once everything is sorted they dont pester. A big Thank You from me!!! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Easy to sort for peace of mind

supportive and efficient

from my first problems with debt about ten years ago, until just this month, the pay plan staff have been so helpful and supportive. they have helped take the worry and hassle of dealing with collection agents of my shoulders in a constant and efficient way. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Liberating!

Put off calling for over two years! When I did I never regretted a single moment. I was actually able to sleep after the intake call knowing it was all in hand. I would reach out to anyone in financial difficulty. The service is bespoke and a one size fits all approach certainly doesn’t apply! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Debt

Payplan threw me a lifeline. I started hiding letters in obscure places, dredded the “brown envelopes”. Covid happened and my situation felt worse, the only thing I could be sure of is that no bailiffs would be hammering on my door any time soon, but I knew eventually this would come to an end. My anxiety levels where higher than Big Ben. I had the number for Payplan, every night before bed, I was going to make that call tomorrow so on and so on. I had a clear mind one day and dialled their number, filled with dread and embarrassment. How good to hear a friendly voice, no one judging me, kind and understanding while I let out what I thought was “my shame”. Relief at last when accepted, one payment every month.
