Getting back on your feet

Right from the start at which time I did not know where to turn I received good advice and a plan going forward that has remained in place ever since. Despite a few twists and turns my debts have decreased about 75% and there is light at the end of the tunnel . It also helps that a) there are regular reviews and b) they can be contacted very easily by various means - I use email and get replies the next day. I got put in contact with pay plan as one or a few things started to pile up and I had no idea what to do. Luckily Every single member of the team I have spoken to has been kind, patient and helpful to there fullest, and have helped me in my mind about my 'what was' spiralling out of control' money issues. Rescued from drowning

I had been heading towards unmanageable debt for years but ignored it as the pressures of sudden single parenthood claimed centre stage in my mind. I made poor financial decisions without seeking the right kind of advice because I felt too ashamed to reveal my situation. Eventually Court Orders were landing on the doormat and I knew I had to find help. I fully expected to be made to feel foolish for my choices but my experience was the complete opposite. From the first moment I spoke to a representative of PayPlan I felt accepted and respected as a human being and was treated with kindness, patience and an incredible motivation to find me the right kind of support.
