I was in financial distress, with no way out. Also always struggling to pay bills and in arrears. I felt constant stress and shamed and that I didn't deserve help. Speaking to payplan made it seemed there was a way forward. They were so kind and understanding, I didn't feel judged at all. I no longer had to speak to my creditors or dread the mail or the phone ringing. I now have a way forward and a future for my family. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Coming to the end of my IVA this year and I only have good things to say about PayPlan! They helped me no end and have regularly kept in contact and done annual reviews taking into account all my income and outgoings! Amazing - has helped changed my life for the better

Payplan has been amazing for changing my life for the better. I was pregnant and furlough throughout the pandemic and found myself struggling to pay bills I'd usually have more than enough to cover. I didn't sign up to payplan until I was on standard pay maternity leave dropping to only £600 a month pay. I contacted Payplan and they were so supportive from day 1. The advisors I spoke to were lovely and understanding. We agreed an affordable and realistic plan and I instantly felt better and like everything was manageable. I've been on my plan for 1 year now and I couldn't recommend it enough. You get regular updates on accounts and can log in online to track progress. If you find yourself struggling, I'd definitely recommend having a chat with the team at payplan. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
