Changed my life, I can now sleep well!

I set up the plan 13 months ago, after redundancy I made some financial decisions I now regret and things were starting to get on top of me. I called PayPlan, and within an hour I had gone through any debts and they had a plan together as to what my affordability for monthly payments were. Shortly after I had a plan and agreement in place and the direct debit was set up. Since setting the plan up I’m no longer reviving letters, calls, texts or emails daily about collection of money owed. They do contact me when they’ve revived their payment from payplan but I can now sleep a lot easier. I’m am very greatfull for the plan and being able to speak to someone on the phone or app if I have any concerns or changes in my finances. An example being when I had to icolate due to covid my monthly wage was less than normal. I was able to adjust the payment to what I could afford and then continue as normal the month following I’m no longer awake at night worrying about paying debts. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
