Been excellent company and are willing to help listen to any issues anybody has more importantly now especially with what's happening with the cost of living crisis like myself was worried about that but as a company they will listen and do what they can to help as there number 1 priority is to make sure the person can afford to pay normal household bills and other things etc car having children so realy good and honest company Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

I really can't praise PayPlan enough, very supportive, non judgmental, understanding and have a variety of Debt solutions to support you on. I suffer from anxiety and take medication for this and each operator made me feel at ease. My DMP is working really well for me and has given my peace of mind that I'm back in control of my finances. When I thought I had no option but to keep struggling with my debt along came payplan. I spoke with them both online and via phone and during the whole process they were understanding and very considerate. My debt is now manageable and I am paying it off in one smaller monthly payment. PayPlan made everything so easy. They made sure I understood everything and explored all the options I had with me until I had a full understanding.
