Getting debt free, without constant anxiety

I called Payplan 3 years ago when I found myself in financial trouble. Every interaction - be that calls or emails, they were warm and helpful and never judged me for being in my position. Nearly 3 years after and I can say I have a few months to go until I am 100% debt free! which is a great feeling! Thank you to Payplan for supporting me and being experts at their service! We all have problems, when it comes to the point you can't deal with it anymore we contacted pay plan. From the first phone call we felt at ease, and the burden was lifted. Problems don't go away but it is a relief that someone qt the end of the line is willing to help you. I unfortunately became sick just after starting my plan, one phone call and my plan was suspended until I return to work, no questions asked. Life-changing, Life-enhancing Support

I was recommended to the services of Payplan by a friend who I dared to share my situation with. It was one of the best phone calls I ever made. I had always worked and had more than one job that I enjoyed, I became a carer for my parents and couldn't hold down a full or even part time job. My finances became out of control. Payplan removed a hugh weight from my shoulders by assisting me with the approach to my creditors. I have an account manager, but it really doesn't matter who you speak when you call, they all approach your queries, concerns or worries with the same calm, non judgemental and supportive manner. Before hearing of Payplan I was at a point of absolute worry. Their help has allowed me to realistically manage my debt, sleep at night and manage the important role of those whom I care for. I had to go into an IVA unfortunately back in 2017. As you can imagine I was scared and embarrassed and from the first call with PayPlan I was put at ease. They are always there to help and the app makes it so easy to manage the IVA and send over documents they may need. My annual reviews are always pleasant and whenever I need a question answered I always get a quick and polite response. I am so glad I went with PayPlan and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to guide me through what is a tough journey. I have recommended PayPlan to friends who have also needed help with money management and they have gone with them too and have had equally the same experience. Being in debt management or an IVA is not something anyone wants to be in but I am so glad that I found PayPlan they have made a difficult time in my life so easy. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
