I’m honestly so so grateful to Payplan, they’ve been amazing. I was heavily in debt, and am now coming to the end of my plan and finally debt free! They’ve been hugely supportive and understanding throughout my journey, I can’t rate them highly enough. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

I have been with Payplan throughout all of my debt management and they have supported me every step of the way. I am nearly completely free of my debt (hopefully this year) and this is thanks to Payplan helping me to manage my money, even through times of redundancy but to also support me in budgeting and to think about any credit differently. Payplan advisers remove all the initial stress when it comes to taking the first steps in getting your finances back in control no matter the circumstances and I am delighted that they were recommended to me. Amazing customer service , helped me within 10 minutes of talking made me feel more at ease

All the money goes to your debts they don't keep a penny of it , I was in a DMP already when I found these and got talking to a advisor and she made it really easy for me to switch companies , they get in touch with your debt collectors so you don't have too . When I was rock bottom and petrified that being in debt meant no way out and being embarrassed to ask for help, payplan were literally my saviour. The first gentleman I dealt with was so understanding when I was emotional and also supportive to help me with all the questions. I have also been able to still retain some money of my own to live a little now as for the first few years was a little tight. It’s such a relief when you see an end date in sight.
