It took a giant step to ask for help especially from a stranger explaining all your financial problem’s but once I started talking to the advisor I felt so at ease and didn’t feel judged and it was a massive comfortable step definitely in the right direction they made it so easy and stress free for me and just want to say it was the best move I could have ever took and just want to say a massive thanks for helping me and my family just when We needed it Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Came to Payplan due to being stuck in a constant cycle because of interest charges and wanting to get it sorted out. They were all helpful and understanding. It can take a while to get everything setup but that was down to creditors not Payplan! It's now less worry as it's 1 payment and Payplan look after the rest! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

I had really got my self in a mess with loans and overdrafts and pay plan where so understanding and helpful. They sorted out what I was able to pay. Contacted my creditor.
