I find the personnels at PayPlan to be caring, sympathetic and vey knowledgeable about the advice that they give. They follow up on their promises of phone calls and emails compare to other agencies that I have dealt with in the past. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Help when needed most

This company is amazing. They combined our debt into 1 managable repayment, stopped interest, offered insurance, have a help to buy product/loan which we could us for a new washing machine. They also give you yearly (or more frequent) reviews and negoriate new loan repayment price foe you. They offer different debt solutiins to your changing debt situation and can also help with "debt holiday". Would 100% recommend them. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
