I was struggling to make payments because of the pandemic threw everything into chaos Pay plan was very efficient easy to talk to and explained the process of paying creditors with a reduced payment plan. I approached payplan over a year ago but due to anxiety did not go ahead with the initial plan. A year later still in the same situation decided to make contact again and was reassured with all my questions answered and now have a successful plan in place and my stress has been reduced. Peace of mind.

When my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumour, our world was turned upside down . He was left with disability’s , his earnings ceased overnite. We were in a state of worry and stress as we could not pay our bills and creditors. PayPlanPlus have been a godsend for us, they worked out a pay plan for us and dealt with our creditors on our behalf. We were so worried that we would lose everything and balifs would be knocking on our door but not once has that happened, since getting the wonderful help from PayPlanPlus we have had peace of mind and gained the knowledge of how to stay within our budget .we are so grateful to pay plan plus for giving us our life back. Can't thank them enough, listened and gave me options then helped me choose the best one, took over all correspondence and minimised my outgoings to cover my debts...yes I have been on it years but I am nearly there now.
