An absolute weight off my shoulders

I was referred to pay plan as I was in alot of debt. I wasn't sleeping eating and was always crying as I had threatening letters from company's I owed money to. I got on the phone to Payplan and the ladies I spoke to were lovely and always communicating with me and made me feel at ease with everything. We came up with a plan that was manageable for me to pay off my debters. Every now and then someone from payplan will check in with me to make sure I'm happy and that everything is going well still and if I need any further assistance. I can not fault these people. I have no pressure on my shoulders no more I can relax and enjoy my life without worrying now. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Life saving

The way I felt withy debt problems was rock bottom, I was recommended debt plan by a friend, I have since taken gifts to this friend as due to him speaking openly about his personal debt I got to use the same plan as him and now feel I have a massive weight of my bk, quick easy and very friendly, no forceful attitude and very happy to help is how I would describe PayPlan, my debt was digging me slowly under ground and now with the help of payplan I can breath again, Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Excellent team

I was in such a mess with lots of debt and my mental health declined,payplan listened understood how I got in to this mess and helped me step by step recommended iva it was a relieve to get this sorted I'm now 18months in to my iva best thing I ever did. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Giving me back control

I thought my situation was hopeless. I was embarrassed and ashamed of the mess I’d gotten into but the staff at payplan never once made me feel judged. They gave me great advice and guided me through the IVA process. I still have a while left on my IVA but finally feel in control of my debts and no that when my IVA is done I’ll get a fresh start, all thanks to PayPlan! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Outstanding and trustworthy service

I found Payplan when I was in serious debt, I had no clue what to do, was a really awful time. They were so helpful and patient with me over the telephone and they set me up with a payment plan to tackle my debts, no judgement just pure friendliness. No1 in customer service

I would have to say that without Payplan and their help, my debt would still be spiralling out of control. They have helped me and changed my life, I now have the freedom not to worry when the next letter or phone call is coming.
