I've been with payplan for a few years now, overall my experience with them had been very good.

When I first came to pay plan ,I had been with a different debt solution company ,that was was not the best experience,all they seemed interested in was making money out of you for themselves! I've found payplan nothing other than helpful and understanding over time and continue to do so ,they have made it so much easier for me to deal with my debt and for no fee . Guiding hand through financial horrors

I still remember the first phone call with Payplan, how in just a few minutes they helped me start to let go of the stress, shame and dread of being stuck in a whirlpool of debt. Every step of the way, they have been knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. I now know that it is possible to be sent free... and when that will be... thanks to Payplan! Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Incredibly supportive, highly professional

Over the years that Payplan have supported me, no words can express how much they have helped me both financially and personally. The caseworkers are professional but go over and above board to make you feel supported and not alone. Payplan pulled me out of one of the darkest hours in my life

I was literally at the point where i could not take anymore. With 2 children and a world of debt hanging over me. I went on google and found payplan and never looked back. I am now just over halfway through my iva and i can finally see light at the end of the tunnel. My support worker is always available should i need any help and i finally feel better in myself and not alone. My debtors have not troubled me at all since payplan took me on and i am so glad they did. I would recommend payplan to anyone who was in my position. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Save my life

I have been with Payplan for a very long time I had no one to turn to and in a very dark place was on the verge of loosing my house to I got massive depression trying to juggle my finances and look after my wife and family then I was recommended via citizens advice beuro to contact them I am so glad I did it was a massive weight of my shoulders I found that there was some one there to help me sort the mess I got myself into town be honest thay saved my life Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Thankful help
