If it wasn't for the understanding, patience and help payplan provided me with I would still be suffering with anxiety and constant worry. Absolutely brilliant. So helpful and patient. They are helping us so much and took all the worry away by contacting our debtors for us. PayPlan left us with a realistic and affordable monthly payment and it was like a huge weight off our minds. I got myself into quite a bit of debt and felt like I was drowning and there would be no way out. Then I came across PayPlan. I was a bit sceptical about it at first. I suffered with so much anxiety till I spoke to the team from PayPlan. They was very understanding and I didn’t feel judged for my mess up. They put me at ease and and cared about me and my mental health. I can not be anymore thankful to this company for the help and support they have provided to me. Like a majority of normal people we ran up large debts with a certain bank , even thought I was on benefits due to being disabled . I should have know better but youth is wasted on the young . In the end we couldn't cope the the demands from creditors and turned to Payplan. They now talk to the creditors on our behalf and manage our repayments, meaning we are no longer hassled Reviewed on: 8th June 2022
