Incredible, reliable, new life.

Unfortunately having gotten myself into a cycle of pay day and personal loans my monthly outgoings had become more than my income, with little way to pay off loans. Then I heard about payplan, with a little scepticism I applied, they were incredible from the start, amazing customer service and an incredible monthly payment option, to say they've transformed my life is a complete understatement. All of my debts consolidated, no more being chased by lenders. An affordable payment each month and regular communication to make sure I'm doing okay. Good service and peace of mind

I have had a rare cancer diagnosis which has been frightening and I was in quite heavy debt with credit cards and a loan. I’ve been using Payplan to alleviate the anxiety of the monthly payments that I couldn’t afford anymore. Payplan have organised sensible payments that are realistic for my circumstances. They are always available to chat online and I couldn’t have managed my finances without them. Every year their is a helpful financial review and update. Payplan have been friendly , understanding and extremely swift at sorting all the money and keeping interest off and you can see clearly what the amounts are being paid to the companies . I’m so relieved that I don’t have the stress of payments and horrible letters and phone calls anymore . It’s been hard enough going through surgery and living with a tumour that can kill me . Helped me get a huge weight off my chest

I recently signed up with PayPlan for a DMP, and they have been nothing but helpful, explaining the process in a way anyone could understand without sounding condescending, and are quick to answer any questions I have, and walked me through different options to make sure I was making the right choice for me.
