Being able to breathe

When my husband and I separated I was left in financial straights. The banks etc that gave me the loans wouldn't help me. I just wanted to reconfigure the loans over a longer period. They wouldn't do anything. Payplan did. They took over everything. We had an initial run through and set the amount to pay etc and it has worked great. I lost hours due to covid so we went through my plan again and rejigged it. Without their help I honestly don't know where I would be today as I couldn't see light at that time. I make my monthly payment and via the app I can see the progress I am making. I would happily recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 8th June 2022

Fantastic and helpful

When I got into debt for the second time and needed help and advice, I was directed to PayPlanPlus via citizen advice. My debt troubles were due to depression and stress. I was trying to deal with the creditors myself but found myself getting even more frustrated. My first consultation was very good, after talking everything thing through, doing income and expenditure, listing the creditors, I found PayPlanPlus consultants very supportive and understanding. I have a disabled child and the consultant was conscious of when it was convenient to call. I currently have 18 months left on my IVA. Great service with a great team

I had been struggling with my mental health and I let my financial situation spiral out of control. I had a consultation and then a nice long phone call to go through all my finances and figured out an affordable monthly payment. Payplan have been dealing with all my creditors and keeping me updated throughout. It has brought so much peace of mind and helped me to focus on getting back on my feet mentally.
