Helpful, understanding and nonjudgmental

After being attacked aboard my life fell apart, my injuries and mental health were very bad. I lost my job and left with debits from the accident and not being able to work. We got ourselves in debt didn’t know which way to turn as covid struck aswell as other things.We were at the end of our tither with many sleepless nights.We spoke to payplan who gave us advice and reassurance and showed us the way forward.They have given us our life back again and they will never know how much that has ment to us,we will always be grateful for there advice and support.
