Took all the stress and pressure off my shoulders

Admitting you have a debt problem is a difficult thing. PayPlan made my life so much easier and took away the stress of managing debt. Rather than ignoring all your debtors and hiding letters, PayPlan deal with the companies on your behalf. After my first phone call to them I physically felt a weight lift from my shoulders. Peace of mind with Payplan

Payplan have helped me to manage my debts and as a consequence of that, helped me, in part, to manage my severe depression. The people at Payplan have been understanding of my financial issues, non-judgemental about how i got there and have been reassuring by telling me i am on track with my repayments and that i don't need to worry about anything. This level of service is essential to people who suffer with mental health issues like i do and i think Payplan are amazing. Their staff are compassionate, friendly and very helpful. Friendly and non judgmental advice

I came to PayPlan when I was struggling with years of debt which got so much worse during the pandemic. I couldn't manage my minimum payments anymore so as you can imagine I was very stressed out. I received advice from PayPlan in a friendly and non judgemental way which I am really grateful for. I would recommend getting in touch with PayPlan to anyone who needs debt help. Saved my life and sanity

If it wasn't for Payplan I seriously do not think I would be alive. I was going down a dark road and spiralling into debt, robbing Peter to pay Paul. I found Payplan on line and called them. Every person I talked to at Payplan were professional, friendly and I never felt they were talking down to me at the state I was in and it has remained that way ever since. It was so orderly how they helped me and it is reviewed every year. The plus side is I do not pay them anything for this amazing service, plus they have negotiated with all my creditors and they have all stopped their interest and charges so I am literally paying off the amount I owe which runs into tens of thousands. I can't thank Payplan enough, as I said they probably saved my life as I was having suicidal thoughts. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022
