Reliable, friendly service.

Really friendly service. For myself I contacted these for them to help which isn’t an easy experience to go through. And the customer service was and continue to be so helpful and supportive! I genuinely can’t fault them! You don’t have long wait time to talk you have an App to manage your account and so much more that they offer. Kept things simple in a really difficult time

Of course, I never wanted to get in touch with PayPlan, however the way they handled my case took the weight of the world off my shoulders. Since that time they have been understanding and responsive when I have needed advice etc... Always ready to provide support. In an ideal world, I would not wish upon anyone the financial hardships that I have been through, however PayPlan are there to help when it all goes wrong. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022

We were referred to Payplan by the CAB back in 2008 when, financially, things were going from bad to worse. This proved to be a turning point for us as we were able to set up a DMP and take more control over our situation. Since then Payplan have always provided excellent advice and we have stayed crisis free for the whole time we have used their services. When our work situation changed they provided a no-fuss reassessment to ensure that our creditors continued to be paid at a reduced rate. A review takes place with our Case Manager every year to make sure our details are up to date and that we are able to manage our DMP. We cannot thank Payplan enough for the assistance and consideration they have afforded us over the time we have been with them. They really are excellent. Reviewed on: 25th May 2022
