Made my life manageable

Before I asked PayPlan for help I was in a mess, I could not cope financially. My wife and I both have jobs but we are low earners so we just about get by every month. I had credit card debts and some other small loans that were taking a massive chunk of my wages every month, this was leaving me unable to pay for some essentials. PayPlan set up a simple single payment every month to cover all my debts that leaves me with enough money to buy food, pay bills and actually have money for clothes and presents for the children. PayPlan are always there to answer any questions you may have after your plan has been set up as well. Thank you PayPlan! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2022

I was in a very bad place, both emotionally and financially when I first contacted Pay Plan, I was also very embarrassed. My stress levels were very high and I was suffering with anxiety due to my debt issues. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, kind, empathetic and non-judgemental, which was just what I needed. As I need an annual review of my plan, this has continued. They really were the light at the end of the tunnel and I am very grateful for their continued help and support. I am currently 2 and half years into an IVA set up with Payplan, They helped me go through all my debts and set up a manageable monthly payment to adress my debts, not only that, they assited with budgeting and yearly reviews to help wherever possible.
